Can I see my records on a map, a calendar or a board?

Yes. There are six ways to look at the same records: a table, cards, a kanban board, a calendar, a timeline, and a map.

You are not picking one and losing the others - a view is a way of looking, so the same customers can be a list on Monday and a map on Tuesday.

Three of the six key off a particular kind of field, which is worth knowing BEFORE you import rather than after:

The map places each record by its address field. Put anything postal - sites, customers, properties, jobs - in an address field rather than a plain text box.

A board's lanes come from a choice field, like status. Without a choice field there is nothing to make lanes from.

A calendar or a timeline uses the first date field on the form.
