Can I share a view with someone outside my team?

Not today. There is no read-only public link for a view or a list. The one thing you can put in front of people who are not members is a public form, and a form only collects information - it never shows records that already exist.

What to do instead: invite the person as a Can view (reader) member of the app. One important detail, because it is usually the real question: reader access is app-wide, not per view. You cannot grant one view and withhold another. You can narrow which records a reader sees with access rules on a collection, but not which views.

If neither fits, export the data and send them the file.
