How many records can I keep?

Entries are capped per app, and the cap is the main difference between the two plans. Free: 10,000 entries per app. Business: 1,000,000 entries per app. What is unlimited is different from what is capped, and it is worth keeping them apart: Unlimited: apps, users and guests. You are never charged per person, per app or per guest on either plan. Capped: entries per app, as above, and files - 10 GB on Free, 250 GB on Business. Extra storage is an add-on to Business: once you pass 250 GB it is $5 a month per extra 100 GB. On Free, moving to Business is how you get more room. Extra storage is set up by hand, not from a settings screen: email support@bionicforms.com and we'll set it up. So "unlimited users" does not mean unlimited records. If someone tells you Bionic Forms has no record limit, that is wrong - it has a high one on Business and a modest one on Free.
