What does Bionic Forms cost?

There are two plans, and both charge the whole team rather than each person.

Free: $0. Unlimited apps, unlimited users and guests, 10,000 entries per app, 10 GB of files, 1 million assistant tokens a month, and 25 workflow emails and 25 AI steps per app per day.

Business: $29 a month for the whole team. Unlimited apps, unlimited users and guests, 1,000,000 entries per app, 250 GB of files, assistant use not metered, 5,000 workflow emails and 5,000 AI steps per app per day, and 200 emails a day to people outside your team.

These daily limits count workflows only; the assistant that builds apps is not counted against them.

Extra storage is an add-on to Business: once you pass 250 GB it is $5 a month per extra 100 GB. On Free, moving to Business is how you get more room. It is not self-serve and there is no settings screen for it: email support@bionicforms.com and we'll set it up for you. There is no charge per user, per app or per guest at any tier.

There are two ways to try it, and they are different things.

The demo at bionicforms.com/demo needs no account. You can build and poke at an app straight away, with three tries of the AI assistant. It is a scratch space: it is deleted after about a day.
