Can customers see their past tickets?

Yes. Every workspace has a customer portal where someone can look up their own conversations with you.

They enter their email address and we email them a link. Opening it shows them their conversations with you and nobody else's - there is no password for them to create or forget, and no code to type. The link works for 15 minutes.

The portal is at coasting.app/portal/your-workspace-name.
