Can customers send us files?

Yes, by email. If a customer attaches a screenshot, a PDF or a spreadsheet to an email to your Coasting address, the file is kept and shows up under their message in your inbox. Click it to download it.

The limits: up to 10 MB per file, 25 MB per email, and ten files on one email. If something is refused, a note appears in the conversation saying which file and why - you will never be left wondering whether a file was sent.

What cannot send files yet: the chat widget on your website, and your own replies. If you need to send a customer a file today, attach it in your normal email program and reply to them there, or send a link.

Files are stored with the conversation and only people signed in to your workspace can open them.
