How do I add the chat widget to my website?

Open Chat Widget in the app. Copy the short code snippet shown there and paste it into your website's HTML, just before the closing </body> tag.

A chat button then appears on your site. Visitors can ask questions; the AI answers from your published help articles, and your team sees every chat in the inbox.
