A Support URL for your App Store app
App Store Connect will not let you submit without a Support URL, and it has to be a page someone can actually contact you from. If you do not have a support site yet, Coasting gives you one, with an inbox behind it, for nothing.
What Apple asks for
"This URL must lead to actual contact information (legal address, email address, telephone number), as may be required by local law, so that users can reach you regarding app issues, general feedback, and feature enhancement requests."
From Apple's App Store Connect reference, read 22 September 2026. The field is required. Which of those details your country requires is between you and your local law - we cannot tell you that.
What you get from Coasting
- A public help centre at coasting.app/help/your-team. Paste that address into the Support URL field.
- Your team's support email address shown on that page, under a "Contact Support" button that opens a chat.
- A shared inbox behind both: emails and chats land in one place, for up to 3 agents on the free plan.
- Help articles you write once - or import from a page you already have - which the AI uses to answer users, and an email to your team when it cannot.
Setting it up
- Sign up and name your team. That name is in your help centre's address.
- Write a few help articles: how to reset a password, how to cancel, how to reach you.
- If your country needs a legal address or a phone number shown, put them in a help article called "Contact us". It is listed on the same page.
- Paste coasting.app/help/your-team into App Store Connect as the Support URL.
What Coasting does not do yet
- No legal address or telephone number of its own. We give you an email address; anything else you add yourself in an article.
- The help centre is on our domain. It lives at coasting.app/help/your-team, not support.yourapp.com.
- Replies come from noreply@coasting.app under your team's name, not from an address at your own domain.
- No in-app SDK. Users reach you from the help centre page or by email, not from a support screen inside your app.
- App Review is Apple's decision. A Support URL is one field on the form; it does not decide whether your app is accepted.
