Frequently asked questions
What counts as an AI credit?
One credit is used each time the AI sends an answer to a customer, in chat or by email. Drafts and summaries for your own team do not use credits. If credits run out, new messages go to your team instead.
Is there a limit on conversations?
No. Conversations are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. The limits that do apply are the monthly AI answers and the number of agent seats your plan includes.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Move between plans at any time from Billing, with no contract. The free plan needs no card.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime and your account stays active until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments through Stripe.
What kind of support do I get?
