What Coasting does today
- A chat widget for your store's website, with AI answers drawn from the help articles you write.
- When the AI runs out of monthly answers, new messages go to your team instead.
- A shared inbox for your team with notes, tags and saved replies.
What Coasting does not do yet
- Store order data - Coasting does not connect to Shopify order data or other store platforms, and it is not planned. Gorgias is built for this.
- Facebook, Instagram and other social inboxes - not supported. Gorgias includes them.
